There are currently two Vauxall Vivaro vans on offer. One van is permanently used from Monday to Friday, so it is only available on weekends. The next van is available throughout the week, but you should ask if is not currently booked for a specific day.

Step 1
Check available rental dates
Step 2
Bring the necessary documents.
If you are planning to rent a van, it would be a good idea to do it well in advance. To find out about van availability, simply send an inquiry by email to info@thursotoolshire.co.uk or via WatsApp on 07484 853 695. You will receive a response within a few hours. In your inquiry, be sure to indicate when you need van and for how many days.
If you have never used our services before, we know nothing about you. We need to protect ourselves, so we will need your identity document and a letter from your bank, council, electricity/gas or any other bill containing your details and address. Additionally, we will need you to confirm your identity from local (Caithness) business. Document from local company should include full name of recommender, business name and the contact details of the recommender.
Step 3
Insurance
If you want to use a van or any other car, you will need a special type of insurance. If you don't have it, you can buy insurance quickly and cheaply online. We personally recommend a fast and affordable insurance company at https://cuvva.insure/SlT1H1KHdEb
Step 4
Rental agreement
Before signing the van rental agreement, we will ask you to visually inspect van for any damage. Any visible damage will be listed in the rental agreement with attached photos (if needed). Van will be equipped with all necessary operating fluids and fully fueled. Additional equipment will include an additional wheel wrench, an additional hydraulic jack and a wireless impact wrench.
Step 5
Returning van
The van must be returned no later than the date specified in the rental agreement, fully fueled. If you do not return the van on the agreed date, you will be charged an amount equal to 2 days of the rental period. This is due to the need to cancel the reservation for another customer. If van is not returned on time and there is no contact, a report will be filed about the possibility of the van being stolen.
Step 6
Returned van.
The van should be returned within the time specified in the rental agreement, fully fueled and without any additional damage. If the van is not refueled, you will be asked to refuel it within the rental period. In the event of additional damage to your vehicle, you will be responsible for cost of repairs.
